Questions and answers
What does human.plus actually do?
We create valuable, engaging, effective tools and workflows for your business, and support their implementation with training. This training can be focused entirely on the tools we have created, or can span a wider world of business needs connected to AI.
The balance on every project between solution building and training varies but they are an essential and effective duo as tooling without training creates waste and confusion, and training without tooling creates frustration and disengagement.
We will soon launch our own learning platform that will host the training we run as well as live learning courses that anyone can complete at any time. The platform seeks to be a very human friendly route into AI skills as well as provide clear guidance on what really stops any team from realising their AI ambitions.
How does the ROI guarantee work?
We set the metrics that matter and return on investment goals with you on day one. If we do not hit them within 3 months, we return every penny.
The goals are agreed before any work starts, in writing, so there is no argument later about what counted.
How much does it cost?
Engagements start at £5,000 per month.
Above that floor there is no fixed price list. Every organisation, team and project is unique, so it would be strange to price them all the same way.
We shape the commercials around your problem, your timeframe, your ambitions and your people - and will always provide a selection of options that meet your needs and budget.
How quickly will we see something working?
Two weeks, as standard. Not a deck, not a static prototype you cannot click, but a working version of a solution in your hands.
That is deliberate. Opinions get sharper once there is something real to trial and test, and, in the process of making and presenting it, you find out early whether we are the right people for the job.
Who will we actually be working with?
The three founders, directly. Between them they have decades of experience building AI businesses, making AI solutions that scale, and delivering AI strategy and training to hundreds of professionals.
There is no account manager in the middle and no team you never meet.
How long does an engagement last?
As long as it needs to and no longer. Some are short and fixed on one solution. Others are ongoing, and turn into something closer to a standing collaboration.
The longer ones are usually about scale rather than repair. Solving a problem in one team, and using that process as a model for then enacting change in other teams, functions and departments.
What if our project does not look like a normal one?
What is a normal project? If you look close enough and ask the right questions, you find that every team has a unique combination of challenges, opportunities, pasts and presents so we have built an adaptable service model.
We have run engagements that needed speed above all else, engagements that started with a deep discovery across every team, and engagements that opened with a blank page and got the ideas flowing.
What is the radar?
A short benchmark of how AI native you are today, across your own usage, your team and your wider organisation.
It is the quickest way to tell us a little about who you are and what you can do as an AI champion, then how your organisation works and what you need fixed. If you have a challenge you want solved quickly, it is the place to start.
How do we get started?
Run the radar, or book a call and talk to one of us. Both routes end in the same place, which is a conversation with a founder rather than a sales process.
If you would rather just write to someone, the address is below.
